mīEsteem is a CBT-based program that promotes positive thinking through encouraging the identification of entrenched patterns of both negative and positive thinking in everyday life and the circumstances which have led to their development.

mīEsteem can also identify long term changes in mood, enabling the identification of core triggers that lead to improvements in well-being.


     mīResolve - beta

        The Mītra conflict resolution program

mīResolve guides users through the management and resolution of everyday conflicts, whether they are a victim, mediator or perpetrator, based on theorised patterns of interpersonal conflict and approaches to dispute resolution.

As a general approach, mīResolve aims to facilitate a discourse where both forgiving and apologising are considered as eventual possibilities for those involved.


     mīReflect - beta

        The Mītra mindful contemplation program

mīReflect is a voiced mindfulness contemplation program that leads the user through a 12-to-45-minute session of relaxation and contemplation.

A mīReflect session initially employs breathing and focussing techniques to affect a state of restfulness and relaxation, then encourages identification and focus upon forms of stuckness, covetness and attachment characteristic of 12 thought patterns theorised to be at the core of many forms of everyday anxiety.


     mīQuit - beta

        The Mītra addiction help program

mīQuit is an addiction assistance program that employs a typical therapeutic approach to addiction treatment condensed to a 12-part format centred around abstracted role-playing, and the simulation of interpersonal relationships which are key to managing cravings.

mīQuit's efficacy centres on the identification of addiction-specific interpersonal dynamics that lead to perpetuation of entrenched coping behaviors, particularly those associated with dependence and guilt.


     mīRekindle - beta

        The Mītra relationship help program

mīRekindle is a relationship help program that guides the user through relationship problem-solving including the simulation of a typical couples therapy session.

A mīRekindle session focusses specifically on the feelings of uncertainty, anxiety and mistrust that are common to relationship issues, and the interpersonal dynamics that led to their occurrence.


     mīLifepoint - beta

        The Mītra life crisis help program

mīLifepoint is a quarter-, mid-, and later-life crisis assistance program that assists the user in navigating their way through the issues that typically arise during challenging life episodes.

mīLifepoint's efficacy centres on the identification of crisis-specific interpersonal dynamics that lead to entrenched coping behaviors, particularly those associated with humiliation, dependence and guilt.


     mīDeflect - beta

        The Mītra bullying assist program for adults

mīDeflect provides practical advice and guidance in not only understanding but creating a plan to deflect bullying in a wide range of situations, from inappropriate behaviour by workplace colleagues, friends or a partner, to xenophobic discrimination.

mīDeflect's efficacy centres on user identification of bullying-specific interpersonal dynamics that lead to a perpetuation of relationships that involve dependence and humiliation.

        The Mītra leadership support program

mīMentor addresses everyday leadership concerns of managing, leading and maintaining work/life balance for those in such roles.

mīMentor's efficacy centers on the identification of crisis-specific interpersonal dynamics that lead to entrenched coping behaviors, particularly those associated with power, humiliation and dependence.
